Yum! Shrimp cocktail sauce was perfectly seasoned with horseradish. The cheeses were paired with a flavor booster. First, Fuji apples, marinated cherries, honey, short bread and almonds. Ravioli was hearty and robust with a subtle brown butter glaze of a sauce. Trotter. Look it up later. Served in a brown savory reduction of sorts, it was sliced as a sausage platter. The bones were used as a garnish and also had been cooked with it for flavor enhanced.
